SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible:

  • UK deliveries: 2–3 working days after dispatch

  • Europe deliveries: 4–6 working days after dispatch

Please allow up to 2 working days for us to process your order before it ships. Once your parcel is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

Our dresses are shipped from the UK. If you're ordering from outside the UK, please note that your country's customs office might charge additional duties or taxes. These are not included in your purchase and will be your responsibility.

If an order is refused due to unpaid customs fees, any related costs will be deducted from your refund.

 

EASY RETURNS

We hope you love your order, but if you change your mind, no problem! You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
 

HOW TO RETURN

  1. Email us at orders@mused-studio.com with your order number to get started.

  2. Once your return is approved, we'll send you the return details.

  3. Please send your item back within 7 days of receiving return instructions.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted, so be sure to reach out first.

 

RETURN GUIDELINES

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • Please use a tracked shipping service when sending your return, as we can't be responsible for lost parcels.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

If your item is faulty, you have the legal right to reject it within 30 days of receipt and receive a full refund including delivery costs. Please email us with details and photos of the fault.
 

REFUNDS

Once we've received and checked your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method — please allow up to 7 days.

At the moment, we aren't able to offer exchanges. If you'd like a different size or style, just place a new order.
